Kerenza Appliance Repair is a fast-growing company striving to set the standard for professionalism, expertise, and high levels of customer service in the appliance repair industry. We are an Authorized Service Center for many reputable brands such as Lacanche, La Cornue, Bertazzoni, U-Line, Marvel, Liebherr, Asko, LG, DCS and Fisher & Paykel.

We are currently looking for a Parts Person or Associate with no experience needed to join our growing and expanding team.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, detail oriented and have good computer skills. We also need someone with good communication skills as you will be interacting with supervisors, employees, and customers on a regular basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

·         Manage parts inventory levels closely using our BMS (ServiceDesk by Rossware).
·         Order and receive parts daily as needed.
·         Pulls and fills orders from stock.
·         Maintain a clean and organized Inventory.
·         Research and assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
·         Occasionally drive a company vehicle to transfer part(s) to our service technicians.
·         Do Inventory checks to maintain an accurate inventory list.
·         Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service.
·         Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements:

·         Positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
·         Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
·         High school graduate or equivalent.
·         Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
·         Must be at least 18 years of age.
·         Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology and Windows-based PC.
·         The ability to safely lift up-to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
