Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our parts department—managing incoming inventory, supporting our field technicians, and driving our online sales presence.

No prior experience is required; we are happy to train the right person.

Specific Responsibilities:

·         Online Sales & Listing: Create and manage product listings for appliance parts on eBay, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace. This includes taking clear photos of parts and writing simple, accurate descriptions.

·         Inventory Check-in: Receive daily deliveries, verify that the parts match the packing slips, and organize them in our warehouse/storage area.

·         Technician Support: Handle the "morning pick-up" by gathering and organizing the specific parts our technicians need for their scheduled repairs each day.

·         Quality Control: Briefly inspect parts for any damage upon arrival to ensure our customers and technicians receive high-quality components.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone and computer to upload photos and navigate selling platforms.

·         Reliability: You are a morning person who can be on time to help our technicians get their day started.

·         Detail-Oriented: You can spot the difference between similar-looking parts and model numbers.

·         Physical Ability: Able to lift and move boxes (usually appliance parts range from small sensors to larger motors).

·         Communication: Good verbal and written skills for interacting with the team and responding to online customer inquiries.

·         Valid Driver's License with a clean record.

·         Must be at least 18 years of age.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
